The following personal data is processed as part of using the Service: Name and surname, address, email, Data regarding activity in the Service (e.g., history of calculator usage), Device and browser data (e.g., browser type, IP address).
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: Contract fulfillment – for providing services available in the Service, including access to engineering calculators (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), Payment processing – data is processed by Stripe for transaction execution (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), Service quality improvement – analysis of activity in the Service and device data for website optimization (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).
Personal data may be transferred to the following entities: Stripe – payment processing, Google Analytics – website traffic analysis, Supabase – database where user information is stored. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Personal data is stored as long as the User maintains an account in the Service, and after its deletion – for a period of 5 years, to fulfill legal requirements and secure potential claims. After the retention period expires, data is deleted or anonymized.
Users have the following rights regarding personal data processing: Right to access their data, Right to rectification, Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), Right to restriction of processing, Right to data portability, Right to object to data processing. To exercise their rights, Users can contact the Controller via email or phone.
The Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed personal data, including: Data storage in Supabase, Limited access to personal data (access is granted only to the Controller).
The Controller does not require consent for processing personal data for contract fulfillment, payment processing, or service quality improvement, as processing is based on legitimate interests. In case of planned use of personal data for marketing purposes, separate User consent will be required, which can be withdrawn at any time.
The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, of which Users will be notified in advance.
