Terms of Service for KalkulatorPro
§1 General Provisions
These Terms define the rules for using the website operated by KBM Projekt Bartosz Kiliński, hereinafter referred to as the "Service". The Service owner is KBM Projekt Bartosz Kiliński with its registered office in Wrocław 54-130, Szybowcowa 16/65, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner". §2 Scope of Services
The Service offers access to engineering calculators available after payment of a subscription or one-time fee for a specified access period. Users can take advantage of a free 5-day trial period, after which access to the Service requires payment. Subscription and one-time access purchases are made through integration with the Stripe payment system, which handles credit cards, Przelewy24, and Blik.
§3 Account Creation
To use the Service, Users must create an account by providing their name, surname (or company name), and email address. By creating an account, Users accept the Service Terms and Privacy Policy. Each User receives automatically 5 days of free access to all Service features after account creation.
§4 Payments and Subscriptions
After the trial period ends, to continue using the Service, Users must purchase a subscription or one-time access for a period of 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. Payments are processed through the Stripe system, which enables transactions via credit cards, Przelewy24, and Blik.
§5 Cancellation and Refund Rules
Digital content provided is not stored on a permanent medium. Service provision begins immediately upon purchase. Before purchase, the consumer is informed of this fact, which is confirmed by consent. In such case of service provision commencement, the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
§6 Liability
The Owner is not liable for Service interruptions caused by technical reasons beyond their control. The Owner reserves the right to temporarily disable the Service for maintenance purposes, of which Users will be notified in advance. The Owner is not liable for calculation results made using the Service, which are for informational purposes only.
§7 Personal Data Processing
The data controller is KBM Projekt Bartosz Kiliński. Personal data such as name, surname, email address is processed for the purpose of service agreement fulfillment and payment processing. The Owner processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations, and details regarding personal data protection are included in the Privacy Policy. Personal data may be shared only with payment processing entities (Stripe) to the extent necessary for transaction execution.
§8 Terms Changes
The Owner reserves the right to change the Terms, of which Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Service website, unless a different effective date is specified. Users who do not accept changes to the Terms may terminate the service agreement and discontinue using the Service.
§9 Final Provisions
For matters not regulated in these Terms, Polish law shall apply. Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Owner's registered office.
